Nunn Bush gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging.
